6. Betting and Gaming Rules

- All bets are final once confirmed. ekbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except where an obvious error in the offered odds is identified by ekbet's trading team.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the conclusion of the event, bets will be settled in accordance with ekbet's event-specific rules published at the time the market was offered.
- ekbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets opened with obviously incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
- Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time. ekbet is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension.

- All casino games are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or live dealer streams provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. ekbet does not control or influence game outcomes.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session, ekbet will attempt to settle the round based on the last confirmed game state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Closure
